Role: Video Editor (1-Month Contract Only)
AscentMed is looking for a dedicated Video Editor to join our team for a 1-month full-time contract. The role will focus exclusively on editing our MSRA (Medical Speciality Recruitment Assessment) course videos, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and professional for our learners. We are also looking to hire a Social Media Manager in a few weeks; if we like your performance, we could consider interviewing you for our Social Media Manager role as well, which would be a long-term role.
Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw studio footage into high-quality course (educational) videos.
Add graphics, animations, captions, and other visual elements where needed.
Ensure videos maintain clarity, flow, and alignment with AscentMed’s educational style.
Collaborate with our team to meet deadlines and ensure consistent quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio/showreel required).
Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail.
Ability to commit full-time to AscentMed for the 1-month project.
Experience with educational or medical content (preferred but not essential).
Contract Details:
Duration: 1 month (full-time commitment).
Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred).
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
