Video Editor for Humanitarian Stories

I'm seeking a talented video editor to produce 3-5 impactful videos each week. These videos are for our media platform, The Right Narrative, which focuses on humanitarian crises, political issues, and social justice. We cover underreported regions, particularly Sudan.
Video Requirements:
- Edit narrated stories, interviews, and reports
- Styles needed: Documentary and talk show
- Final output formats: YouTube (16:9), TikTok/Reels/Shorts (9:16)
- Add B-roll, background music, subtitles, transitions, and branding
- Ensure fast turnaround, clean audio, and compelling pacing
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with YouTube and social media edits
- Strong storytelling and creativity
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Reliability in meeting weekly deadlines
- Bonus: Motion graphics or sound design
