Video Editor for Facebook Page Content/Videos -- 2

My name is Jess and I post videos reading fan-submitted stories and videos about things like glitches in the matrix, dreams, aliens, and the paranormal.
The videos you will be utilizing for this project are long YouTube videos in which I am reading 20-25 stories. You will create one Facebook video and one Facebook reel for each story.
I am looking for a talented video editor to join my team and help me create engaging and visually appealing content for my Facebook page. My ideal candidate will have experience in editing videos for social media, specifically Facebook, and be able to closely match my established video template. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to produce high-quality work on a consistent basis.
Responsibilities:
● Edit videos according to our provided video template to ensure consistency
in style, look, and feel across all content.
● Incorporate social media-specific elements such as hooks, captions, and calls to action to maximize viewer engagement and retention.
● Meet deadlines for content delivery, ensuring a steady flow of content for our Facebook page.
● Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall quality of our videos.
Requirements:
● Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
● Strong understanding of social media content, specifically the requirements and best practices for Facebook videos.
● Ability to identify and enhance viral components within videos, including hooks, transitions, and effects.
● Experience in editing videos with a focus on storytelling, audience retention, and engagement.
