We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented video editor with strong organizational skills and experience using AI tools to create high-quality, visually engaging, and platform-ready video content for our crystal and gemstone business.
The videos will be used on:
• In-store TV screens (looped display)
• Our website (video gallery)
• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• YouTube (product-focused and spiritual content)
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and organize folders with raw photos and videos (which may be disorganized)
• Classify and rename files by product code
• Match content with our Excel product database to ensure correct identification
• Keep track of which products have already been used in previous videos
• Create 10 separate 1-minute videos using the organized material
• Add on-screen text with the stone name and a short description
• Display the product code in the top-right corner of each video
• Insert title slides when transitioning between different products (e.g., Amethyst Cathedral)
• Add voice-over in English and Portuguese (must be approved; can be AI-generated or recorded)
• Select and apply the best suitable royalty-free music based on the tone of each video
• Adapt layout and formatting for each required platform and resolution
What You Will Deliver – Per 10-Minute Video Bundle:
For each 10-minute video bundle, you will deliver:
• 10 original 1-minute videos, each showcasing a different product
• Each video exported in 3 formats:
o 1920x1080 (16:9) – Landscape for TV, YouTube, Website
o 1080x1080 (1:1) – Square for Instagram/Facebook Feed
o 1080x1920 (9:16) – Vertical for Reels, TikTok, Stories
• Each format delivered in 2 separate languages:
o One full version in English
o One full version in Portuguese
o Languages must not be combined in the same video
Each 1-minute video will result in 6 final files (3 formats × 2 languages), so the 10-video bundle will include 60 final files total.
Each version must include:
• Subtitles
• Voice-over (English and Portuguese)
• Product code (top-right corner)
• Best suitable royalty-free music
• Proper formatting and adaptation for the platform
Payment Terms:
You will be paid per 10-minute video bundle, which includes:
• 10 original 1-minute videos
• All format adaptations and language versions (total of 60 final files)
• Full editing, subtitles, music, voice-over, intro slides, and formatting
• Media organization, file naming, and database matching

You are not being paid per file or per language version.
You are being paid per 10-minute bundle, which includes 10 original videos fully adapted and delivered in 6 final versions each.

Requirements:
• We are looking for a freelancer with Pro/Expert Level experience, who can provide professional-quality editing, clean and engaging animations, and fast turnaround.
• Voice-over must be well-produced and natural-sounding. AI-generated voice is acceptable only if it sounds professional. Custom-recorded voice-over is a plus.
• Strong creative direction and attention to visual detail are essential.
• Fluent in English (for communication)
• Skilled in video editing software (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
• Familiar with AI tools (RunwayML, Pictory, Descript, etc.)
• Able to organize large volumes of media and work with Excel databases
• High aesthetic standards aligned with spiritual or product-based visual content
Visual Style Guidelines:
• Elegant, spiritual, minimal, or any style that best suits the specific footage
• All elements must be visually clean and readable in each platform version
• Music must be royalty-free and selected to complement each video
• Product code must always appear clearly in the top-right corner
