Video Editor for a Bilingual English/French documentary

I'm looking for a video editor who could edit a 60 min documentary, plus make a trailer. It is important for the editor to be bilingual or at least knowledgeable in French as well as English since the interviews in the documentary are in both languages. The final product is required within a month in a Final Cut Pro version so the director can do the final edits himself.
