Video Editor (Tamil Language) with Adobe Premiere Pro Skills

Looking for video editors with skill set in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop as well to do daily videos for our YouTube channel. You will be given with audio on a daily basis and you need to complete the video from the sources that we provide. The project is an ongoing one and the person MUST know Tamil very well because the voiceover will be in Tamil language.
