Video Editor - Rough Cuts

I review horror movies with one other person on YouTube. I'm looking for a Video Editor who uses Adobe Premiere to do rough cuts for me. I generally will provide a file with two tracks of video that runs anywhere from 10-30 minutes. I just need pauses, false starts, unnecessary language, "ums" "Buts" and "Likes", and anything that's obviously not supposed to be in the video removed. It's all jump cutting and shouldn't require a lot of thought. Just a quick pass to get it ready for me to finalize. I'll have content like this on a regular basis.
