Video Editor - Ongoing Projects

We are in need of a reliable, experienced video editor that can help speed up our production process to get projects returned to clients quickly. Currently, editing is the bottle neck because our one editor is actually the president of the company and causes projects to get backlogged. We have two average shooters and could take on more projects if we had a reliable way to get raw footage ready for finish by our editor. Typical projects will be interviews and short event summary videos.

General project tasks:
* Organize and rename clips in our Dropbox
* Create Adobe Project
* Log and organize clips into bins including proxy creation
* Basic editing to remove unnecessary footage
* Basic color adjustment/matching
* Creation of Multicam sequences (as needed)
* Download and prep of graphics from Envato as needed

Please provide an hourly rate for this type of project and an estimate of the time it would take to process/rough edit the example project.
