Video Editor Needed for Podcast

I'm on the lookout for a talented video editor to enhance our group discussion videos for a podcast. Each video runs about 20 minutes and features a blend of Hindi and English. Our goal is to publish 8 videos monthly, which breaks down to 2 per week.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in editing podcast videos, specifically with multi-camera angles
- Mastery of Premiere Pro
- Prior experience with bilingual (Hindi-English) content
- Expertise in creating and synchronizing subtitles
- Basic sound design and color correction skills

Video Style:
- The final edits should convey a professional and informative tone

Subtitles:
- Format subtitles as optional (able to be turned on/off by the viewer)
