Title: Type 1 vs. Type 2 Diabetes – Key Differences & Symptoms!

[Opening]
Did you know that every 3 minutes, someone is diagnosed with diabetes? But not all diabetes is the same! Let’s break down the differences between Type 1 and Type 2 in just 90 seconds.

[Main Content]
? Type 1 Diabetes – This is an autoimmune disease where the body attacks insulin-producing cells in the pancreas. That means no insulin is made, so people with Type 1 need insulin for life. It’s usually diagnosed in kids or young adults and isn’t caused by diet or lifestyle.

? Type 2 Diabetes – This is way more common and happens when the body becomes resistant to insulin or doesn’t make enough. It’s often linked to diet, weight, and genetics. Many cases can be prevented or managed with healthy habits before needing medication.

Symptoms of Both Types:
⚠️ Extreme thirst and frequent urination
⚠️ Unexplained weight loss (Type 1) or weight gain (Type 2)
⚠️ Constant fatigue and slow healing wounds
⚠️ Blurry vision and tingling hands/feet

[Cool Facts]
? Type 1 only makes up about 10% of diabetes cases worldwide!
? 90% of people with diabetes have Type 2, but many don’t even know they have it!
? Left untreated, both types can lead to serious complications, but with the right care, people can live long, healthy lives.
