We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and social media-savvy Video Editor to join our content team, creating high-quality doctor-led podcasts, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and produce engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Podcasts)
Add subtitles, sound effects, transitions, and motion graphics where required
Maintain storytelling flow, pacing, and clarity suited for social media
Optimize video length and formatting for various platforms
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to understand the brand tone
Preferred Skills:
Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
Strong understanding of video pacing and viewer retention techniques
Familiarity with podcast editing (audio + visual sync)
Basic color grading and audio leveling
Creativity and attention to detail
Must-Have:
Fluency in Telugu (listening & understanding)
Based in or near Hyderabad (for local context and occasional meetups)
Strong portfolio with prior experience in Reels/Shorts/Podcast editing
