Video Editor Needed For YouTube Channel - Family Vlogs

I am in need of a video editor for my YouTube channel that focuses on family vlogs. This will be a long-term ongoing position so you will be paid per video. I am looking for someone who has experience editing vlogs and can create engaging, high-quality videos that capture the essence of our family adventures.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficient in video editing software such as Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Familiarity with YouTube's video editing guidelines and best practices
- Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into a polished, cohesive vlog
- Attention to detail in terms of audio and video syncing, color grading, and transitions
- Understanding of storytelling and pacing to create engaging content
Specific requirements:
- The videos will be 8-15 minutes long, so the ideal candidate should be able to edit footage to fit within this time frame
- I will provide examples of the editing style I prefer, so the editor should be able to replicate and enhance this style
- Open to discussing further the editing style preferences and incorporating any additional creative ideas
