We are looking for a skilled and creative video editor or maker to produce a 10-minute video with stock video, pictures, text animation, music, audio, and basic animation based on a script provided to you. The video content will be based on recent news pieces around general news, business news, tech news and entertainment news.
Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for publication.
Add music and sound effects to enhance the video's impact.
Create engaging motion graphics and animations based on the provided script.
Ensure the video's continuity and smooth transition between scenes.
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video.
Input music, dialogues, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the video.
Review and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Video Editor/Maker.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Solid experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
Creative mind with an eye for detail and storytelling.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing previous video editing and motion graphics work is highly desirable.
