Video Editor (Descript) for converting long recordings into short videos
Budget: $200 – $250 USD
We are looking for a skilled video editor experienced with Descript to help us repurpose recorded coaching sessions into high-quality, short-form video content.
We have five long-form videos, each approximately 2 hours in length. These are recordings of live virtual coaching sessions (mostly talking-head format with slides/shared screen). The goal is to extract 4-5 focused, 5–10 minute clips from each full session resulting in 20–25 short videos total.
Editing Requirements
- Use Descript (or similar text-based editing tools) to cut down content based on key talking points.
- Add clean transitions, title slides, and captions
- Ensure the final videos are smooth, engaging, and logically structured.
We will provide editing criteria, topic breakdown, and content priorities.
Deliverables
20–25 short video files (MP4 format)
Clean edits: no stutters, filler words, or dead space
