Video Editor and Content Creator for Educational Content

I need a Video Editor experienced in a motion video editing softwares,If in Canva and CapCut no problem.I need a Person who can Understand Urdu,english and Arabic Perfectly,Can able to search Quranic recitation audios,able to put Urdu and English text in front of motion video with transitions,I need One Video daily so You can understand its a weekly/ monthly agreement. The Script will be provided daily in raw format and you have to design thumbnail and edit video professionally not longer than 19 Seconds .I am attaching sample below and interviews will be conducted for this Job on Saturday 10PM to 12AM PKT.
