Project Overview:
I am looking for a skilled video editor who is proficient in using Camtasia Studio (preferably 2020). The project involves editing tutorial videos that are mostly screen capture with some live action at the beginning and end. They are on average, 10 minutes in length.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in using Camtasia Studio (2020) video editing software
- Proficient in English for the purpose of editing
- Ability to follow a specific format and style for the videos
- Experience editing tutorial videos or similar educational content
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Design skills are a bonus, as additional tasks like thumbnail creation could be included
Responsibilities:
- Edit tutorial videos using Camtasia software
- Follow the specific format and style guidelines provided
- Trim and arrange footage to create a cohesive and engaging final product
- Insert audio and visual assets and sound effects to keep viewer engaged
- Add relevant graphics, text, callouts and transitions to enhance the videos
- Audio cleaning
This is an ongoing job requiring at least one video per week and from time to time a short. And sometimes complete courses with up to 10 hours of video.
