We are looking for a skilled video editor to create a high-impact promotional video (maximum 1 minute) for a new residential development.
Scope of Work:
Edit and combine 3D rendered footage and drone videos of the project location.
Add large, bold subtitles to highlight the key features of the building and each apartment type (e.g. panoramic views, premium finishes, energy-efficient systems).
Subtitles must be synchronized precisely with the visuals shown on screen.
Deliver a visually appealing, modern, and dynamic edit that captures attention within the first few seconds.
Ensure professional color correction, smooth transitions, and balanced audio.
Deliverables:
Final video in MP4 format (1080p and 4K versions).
Editable project file (e.g., Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro).
