Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Hey fellow editors,
Yesterday I was sitting at my desk with loads and loads of work and suddenly I realized it's been like this for sooo long, I'm never able to get ahead of my work.
Also got no time for family and friends, so I thought maybe make some friends within my work. Let's build a team of people grinding, just like me. I'll also get more work done this way and maybe will be able to expand more, with everybody else.
So here we are... I'm looking for people at my level, not above, not below
So let me tell you where I'm at... (I also went a little bit into the after effects side while ago but I don't expect the same from you, you DON'T NEED to know HEAVY EFFECTS)
1. I know about J cut and L cuts in audio, I think they are what make a video smooth generally and you should know that.
2. I always make the graphics or elements or b-rolls or transitions with ease in & out (not what the software does by default) I've learned couple of SPEED CURVES which feel smooth, make sure you know that as well :)
3. I'm good at sound effects & music, I DON'T put HIGH VOLUME, CRAPY, COMMONLY USED Sfx. And I do music ducking manually.
4. I'll say I'm enough good at reading RETENTION as well, like removing the boring parts and still making sense, rearranging some clips to make the curiosity going on making the story flow better (if there is). Keeping the intro short.
5. I DON'T make the video slow & boring by adding boring STOCK FOOTAGE and dragging the transitions too long.

We'll work on a few videos first (i'll pay 2k INR per proj) and then we can shift on monthly basis and lots of vids.
