Video Editinng Expert

I am looking for a video editing expert for my brand that doesn't just edit the video but that can make it entrateining to maintain the attention of the viewer with pop up words, images, etc...
I would try an editor for 2 videos and if you are able to produce what you are looking for will require 4 videos weekly on a regular basis.
