Video Editing (I want to remove the subtitles in my video and add a new one).

I am looking for a video editor who can help me with removing the subtitles in my video and adding a new one. The video is less than 5 minutes long. I do not have the new subtitles ready, so I would need them to be created. I need the edited video with the new subtitles within 24 hours.
