Video Editing for 30-Minute Seminar Recording

I’m looking for an experienced video editor to professionally edit a 30-minute recording of a seminar.

The editing work includes:

- Removing mistakes, long pauses, or any unnecessary sections to create a smooth flow
- Adding clean transitions between sections
- Enhancing audio quality (removing background noise if necessary)
- Adding an intro screen and outro (branding elements like logo, fonts, and colours will be provided)
- (Optional) Adding on-screen titles, key points, or light subtitles if feasible

The goal is to produce a polished video suitable for online sharing and potential promotional use. The original recording is around 30 minutes long.
