Video Editing for Instagram Reels

I'm looking for a reliable and creative video editor to help me with editing 30 Instagram Reels every month.

This is for my second Instagram account, which I recently started. Please take a look at the latest posts (and a few older ones) to get a sense of the editing style I'm aiming for.

Most of the content will be talking head videos, so experience with that format is a plus.

What I'm looking for:
- Consistent, high-quality editing that matches the style of my current content
- Quick turnaround and good communication
- Ability to work with captions, jump cuts, zooms, and social-friendly pacing

Workflow:
I will send 7 reels every Monday
I'd like the edits delivered by Friday each week
