AI Video Editing & Voiceover for Healthcare SaaS Explainer Video

We are looking for a skilled video editor/AI video specialist to refine and enhance an existing explainer video for a hospital management system.
The base video has already been generated using Google Flow. Your role will be to polish the video to a high-quality, professional standard suitable for decision-makers (clinic owners, hospital admins, etc.).
This is not a basic editing task — we are looking for someone who can elevate the video into a premium, SaaS-style product presentation.
- Scope of Work
Enhance the existing video with smooth transitions and modern visual effects
Add a high-quality AI-generated voiceover (professional, clear, neutral accent)
Sync voiceover perfectly with visuals
Improve pacing, timing, and storytelling flow
Add background music and subtle sound effects (notifications, UI sounds, etc.)
Refine on-screen text, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ensure the final output feels clean, minimal, and premium (SaaS-style)
Optimize video for web and social media usage

Ability to suggest improvements (not just execute instructions)
