Video Editing- Tracking Graphics

I have a short video project that I am editing the main timeline and need graphics added to it. I will make a very simple version of it as a sample, then give you the clean version to animate. There is a car driving on a street on a drone shot and I need some call out graphics (graphics that point to certain things like street names and businesses) and then a circle that tracks the car's path. This happens from 3 different directions, but is very simple. It only makes one or two turns. If interested, I will send the sample and we can discuss the cost, but I need this to stay below $100. May need a revision or two once client see's the video.
