Video Editing, Dutch Voice Over & Subtitling

I need a freelancer to help me with video editing, voice over and subtitling.
Key Tasks:
- Delete the last 30 seconds of the first video.
- Merge it with the second video, using a fade out and fade in transition.
- Create a Dutch voice-over script and record it.
- Add Dutch subtitles to both videos.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience in creating voice-over scripts.
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker with clear pronunciation.
- Expertise in creating accurate subtitles.
