Video Editing & Creation for Social Media

i have done my own photo shoot with my drone and camera and have a dropbox with all the raw videos, they are also in 4k. Need someone to cut and edit the videos to be suitable for youtube shorts or ads on facebook or instagram. We have an automotive safety product. I can send a video for example of the raw one taken by the drone.
