Video Editing Assistance Needed

I'm a student with an urgent need for video editing help. Due to my exam schedule, I can't complete this assignment on my own.
Here's what I need:
- Two video fragments need to be connected
- The final product should have music added at the and
- All breathing pauses and background noise should be removed
The videos are in Dutch, but I will provide the assignment in English so you know what to do.
