Now we are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and hard-working Video Producer/Project Manager to join our company and build a production team in their own town or country - no need to relocate!

What You Will Do:
Be fully responsible for our video production business in your country;
Hire and build a team of video creators (scriptwriters, directors, videographers, video editors, actors, etc.);
Manage the entire process of creating videos; choose locations, create a timeline for production work;
Create time-efficient and effective workflow processes.
Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlines, coordinating and directing all talent during production;
Plan and manage all the project expenses;
Create a video vision based on the idea, storyboards, briefs.
What We Expect:
Experience in television or film/video production, directing videos;
Proven ability to build, manage, and lead a production team;
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must;
Fluency in English;
Strong organizational ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
Understanding of social media and video platforms;
