Video Edit Ongoing project

I have a 45 minute video.
I have time stamps of when I want the video to be cut into smaller videos
I would like someone to take the long video, cut it based on the time stamp, add the logo at the end of the video
This video needs to be able to be posted on instagram & facebook
This is an on-going project
I will have 1 video a week to be done so I want someone who will work with me long term
This is an ongoing project

Can you also add captions to the video?
