Video Downsizing from 1080p to 720x576 Mpeg4

I have about 30 short (~30 sec ea) AVI video clips that need "downsizing" from 1080p to 720x576 Mpeg4. The project doesn't require any additional video editing services, just the conversion. The final videos will be for personal archive use, so they need to be converted with their original audio quality maintained.
