Video Color Correction

I need a video editor to help me add a filter to a podcast video or color correct?- the host did a segment before outside and his forehead is a bit red and you can see some sweat so we were hoping to just add a filter to tone that down, basically like Instagram has filters that can soften these. This is all that needs to be done, no editing, just need to add a realistic filter or somehow try and mask the forehead a bit!
