Video/Audio Editor for Podcast Production and Reels -- 2

I am seeking a skilled video/audio editor who can assist with podcast production and creating reels for long-term ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in both audio and video editing, as the project will require editing in both formats.

Specific requirements for the editing style and format will be provided, so attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are necessary. Please include your favorite color in your proposal in a sentence. Because reels require captions, we look for candidates with a strong understanding of the English language with high proficiency in English writing and speaking.

The average duration of the podcast or reel is between 30-60 minutes, so the editor should be comfortable working with longer-form content.

Key skills and experience required for this project include:
- Proficiency in audio and video editing software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Experience working with longer-form content (30-60 minutes)
- Creative thinking and ability to enhance the overall quality of the podcast and reel
- BONUS: After effects and Descript experience preferred
- Click Up task management
