VIDEO EDITOR FOR SHORT AND LONG FORM VIDEOS

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our dynamic team to work on a variety of projects including short-form social media videos and longer, in-depth informational or documentary-style videos. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in video editing, a creative flair, and a passion for storytelling through visual content.

Responsibilities:

- Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
- Ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the final video according to the director's specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from production to post-production process on the style and pace of videos.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of work in both short and long-form video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Experience with After Effects and other motion graphics software is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetic quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
