Twitch Gaming Stream Growth Manager
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I stream gaming on Twitch several times a week and I’m ready to level up the channel’s reach and community engagement. What I need is a hands-on partner who can look after the live chat while I focus on gameplay, turn the best moments into polished clips or short-form edits, and actively push the content out so it has a real chance to go viral.
Day to day, you’ll hop into each broadcast as moderator, keep the chat positive and spam-free, trigger shout-outs or polls when energy dips, and generally keep viewers engaged. After the stream, I’d like you to pull highlights, trim them into TikTok-sized verticals or YouTube Shorts-style snippets with captions, and prepare eye-catching thumbnails and titles for reposting across socials.
Promotion is equally important. I’m looking for someone who understands Twitch discovery as well as cross-platform growth tactics—Reddit posts, Twitter clips, Discord events, whatever helps new audiences find us without feeling forced.
Deliverables per stream session:
• Live chat moderated from “stream starting” screen to sign-off
• 3–5 edited highlight clips (vertical & horizontal formats)
• One thumbnail + optimized title/caption for each clip
• Brief recap report noting chat stats and promotional actions taken
