Tribute to Phil

My younger brother who was a disabled veteran, passed away in 2020 at the height of the Covid pandemic. We chose not to have a burial at that time because so many people could not attend. We plan on having a celebratory luncheon and a burial in late June. I have over 100 photographs and would like to use them in a continuous randomized loop video, with soft background music. Can anyone help?
