Travel Video Editing/Organization

I want loads of footage from 3 trips I went on to be organized, edited, color-corrected where needed - and ultimately setup for me to easily be able to build various timelines and edits for final cut myself. I want to make great travel videos without having to do the initial work of editing/color/file management.

Note: I use Final Cut Pro, so I need the files ready to edit on this platform.
