Travel Documentary Production/Video Assistant

I'm producing a small budget travel/culture focused documentary and looking for a production/video assistant. This will be an on-the-road role, requiring 2-3 weeks of travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and capture high-quality footage that effectively tells different stories
- Work closely with me to understand and pull-through the vision and purpose
- Support interviews & content capture
- Collaborative and creative mindset
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience support production and content capture
- Strong understanding of storytelling through visuals.
- Skills in video editing software and post-production capabilities would be preferable.
