S1 Training Program
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hello everyone,
We are group of volunteers in a simulation network that is called VATSIM where real pilots and real air traffic controllers come to train on scenarios that they can do them in real life as refreshment. Furthermore, flight enthusiasts come to enjoy their time and learn more about this world. We, as a group and staff members, provide training for people who want to join the network as air traffic controllers.
Our training program consists of theory and practical parts. The theory part is done in one or two sessions with an average of 2-3 hours, differs from a student to anther one. However, we found that, replacing those theory sessions with well-made and edited tutorials and videos will safe our time and make the training progress faster.

So what we need is to make tutorial(s) of the training material we have similar to the way we explain to the student on white board where explain the material with examples, drawings, and references. Therefore, we need a video maker and editor to make well-made, interesting, not boring, and attractive tutorials for us with a voiceover that contain all the examples, drawings, and references we want.
It will be 8 short videos with approximately 10 minutes for each one, and two long videos with approximately 1 hour for each one.
Note that, we will provide all the drawings, examples, and references, but the editor needs to re-make them in a better design. Also, we will provide clips of the air traffic simulator or flight simulator if asked by the editor. The long videos will be easier in editing because I will record the videos from my side and the editor needs to edit them and add some voice over.
