15 TikTok Videos to promote a summer dance song

I need a skilled videographer/video editor to create 15 separate videos to promote a song on TikTok. The videos should be about 30 seconds long. I will provide you with three different parts of the song (it is an emotional summer dance song).
The videos should be:
- Independent scenes, not one continuous storyline
- Theme: freedom, emotions, open landscapes, driving at night, traveling, flying...
