TikTok Video Editors Using Twitch footage

I require comedic and/or snappy videos of under a minute/under 15 seconds that are made with the intent of posting to TikTok. You will need to take a snippet from my public livestream page, edit it into a visually clear TikTok video, and either send it to me to the post. I know the kind of timing I would like and I have some examples of previous TikToks I have posted that you can draw from.
