Position: Video Editor
We are looking for a skilled and motivated video editor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys creating content, and is excited about the opportunity to earn a share of the profits from their work.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and produce 5 videos per day.
Collaborate on content creation for TikTok Shop accounts in highly scalable niches.
Meet daily video production targets to ensure account growth.
Release high-quality videos consistently to maximize performance.
Compensation Structure:
$300/month; $2.50 per video (total $12.50 per day for 5 videos; 150 videos per month).
% of the profits from all monetized videos you produce.
Long-term growth opportunities, including the chance to lead your own team of editors.
Earn an additional cut of the profits from your team members’ work as you progress.
