TikTok Marketing Specialist for Shop Growth

I’m looking for an experienced TikTok marketing specialist who knows how to grow TikTok Shops and turn views into sales. This is not just about posting videos — I need someone who understands the TikTok algorithm, trends, and how to get products in front of the right audience to drive purchases. US only Freelancers!!!!

Responsibilities:

Create and execute a TikTok growth strategy for my TikTok Shop

Produce or guide the creation of short-form videos optimized for TikTok trends

Identify and use high-performing hashtags, captions, and sounds

Run targeted TikTok ads (if necessary) to boost sales

Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategy for better results

Suggest ways to increase engagement and conversion rates

Requirements:

Proven experience growing TikTok accounts and generating sales for TikTok Shops (please provide examples)

Strong knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and e-commerce features

Ability to write engaging captions and select trending sounds

Good communication skills and ability to work with deadlines

Preferred:

Experience with influencer collaborations on TikTok

Basic video editing skills for TikTok content
