Teach me how to use Adobe Premiere Pro V22

I need someone to help me figure out how to use Adobe Premiere Pro Version 22. I've tried using online tutorials and they are usually on earlier versions and I can't easily translate because the menus have all changed. I have, in the past, used Sony Movie Studio, but that doesn't work on my OS anymore. Premiere is very different.
I need to learn how to splice together different parts of different videos, put a background on a greenscreen, crop, zoom into and out of existing footage, as well as understand the different types of output files and options for each. I'd like to take all my educational zoom footage and make it look professionally edited for release.
