Tamil-English Educational Reels Editing

I am in need of a skilled editor, well-versed in Tamil and English, to edit educational reels. Although the operating system used is not specified, applicants with access to any mainstream platforms - Windows, Mac, or Linux - are welcome to bid.
Your application should ideally demonstrate:

The finished reels should be delivered in a digital video format, such as but not limited to MP4, MOV, or AVI.
