Take video and provide subtitles for a 30 minutes speech by COO at a trade show

Hi everyone I am looking for a freelance video person, London, who can initially film a 30 minute talk of our COO and take cut away footage. Plus they need to be able to provide an automated transcribing system so the video can have subtitles - Location: Excel Centre, London on the 23rd November.
