Sydney Event & Interview Video Production
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I have a half-day shoot on 21 May 2026 in Sydney’s CBD and need a local videographer-editor who can capture both our event activity and a series of on-camera interviews, then turn the footage into polished short-form assets for LinkedIn and our website.
What the shoot covers
• Event capture: live presentations, networking sessions and a workshop running that morning.
• Interviews: a Lighthouse Director or Facilitator speaking directly to camera plus client Q&A segments. All interviews follow a clear question-and-answer format that I will supply beforehand.
Post-production scope
After the shoot I’ll require:
• 2–3 social clips (30–90 seconds each) drawn from the event footage, edited vertically and horizontally for multi-platform use, with basic motion graphics, lower thirds, captions and light music.
• A set of scripted interview pieces, colour-graded and audio-sweetened, ready for web upload.
Turnaround
Rough cuts within five business days, finals two days after feedback. Raw files and project files handed over on completion.
Gear & approach
You’ll need \cameras, lapel mics, a small lighting kit if necessary and the ability to work unobtrusively during sessions. Editing - as long as you can supply clean H.264 masters and any overlay graphics.
If our first collaboration runs smoothly, there will be regular future shoot days following the same structure. Let me know your availability for 21 May, a concise reel of similar work and any questions about the brief so we can lock in the details quickly.
