OHT WOD Coaching Video — NHL Clip + Drill Sequence Editor Needed
I'm building a hockey training app (Online Hockey Training) and need a video editor to produce one finished WOD (Workout of the Day) video. This is a template project — if the quality is right, there are 31 more clips in the pipeline.
THE PROJECT Edit one 90-second coaching video in four parts:
Quick Overview (~15 sec) — NHL clip plays at full speed with title card and voiceover
Detailed Breakdown (~45 sec) — clip replays with freeze frames, slow motion, and text annotations
Drill Overview (~25 sec) — 5 drill title cards on dark background, voiceover narrates each
Closer (~5 sec) — slow-motion replay, final coaching cue card
SOURCE FILES I PROVIDE
NHL goal clip (15 sec, vertical 9:16)
Recorded voiceover audio (4 sections)
5 core drill clips + 3 optional drill clips (8 total)
Full production script with scene-by-scene instructions, exact text overlays, freeze frame timings, and slow-motion cues
Brand colors and font specs
DELIVERABLES
Final video: ~90 seconds, 9:16 vertical, 1080p minimum
Clean lower-third text overlays (coaching film style — no flashy effects)
Freeze frame at blue line approach (2 sec hold)
Slow motion (40%) through key skill moment
Drill cards for all 8 drills (5 core + 3 optional Go Deeper)
STYLE Coaching film — clean, direct, no flashy transitions. Think sports analytics meets youth training content.
IDEAL CONTRACTOR Experience editing sports or coaching content. Comfortable with text overlays and motion graphics. Turnaround: 5–7 days.
