Spanish-speaking Video Editor - Part time (can become Full time)

The Company:
We are an ecommerce company, our market is spanish-speaking and we are in many different niches (mainly health).
Our goal is to become the best at selling to spanish-speaking people within the next 2 months.
We specialize in long form VSLs and run ads on facebook.
The role of a video editor is crucial in our company as our ads are the main driver of the business’ growth. We are looking for extremely talented video editors to join us.
As you may have noticed we did not put “having experience editing VSLs” in the description, because the truth is, as long as someone is very smart and has basic video editing skills, learning how to take a VSL from english to spanish is not difficult at all, and we will teach it to you.
The Job:
The job will consist in taking the original VSL in english and turning it into a spanish VSL without needing new footage (just by changing voiceover, subtitles and adding some small edits)
Working Hours:
You will be working around 20ish hours per week with room to grow into a full time position (40 hours/week)
We will set up a schedule that suits both well as soon as you get hired. We are very flexible when it comes to working hours.
Salary:
The Salary will be above market average in relation to what the job consists of.
When it comes to salary we have a very simple rule in place. It is dependent on the value that you provide to the company, the higher the value you provide, the higher the salary will be. The salary will be discussed before starting in the following steps.
