I’m ready to bring on a full-time video editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, short social media clips for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. Expect a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-3:00 PM EST) and a compensation structure that grows the longer we work together.
The day-to-day work revolves around trimming highlights, layering captions, adding jump cuts, sound effects, and basic motion graphics so each clip lands fast and keeps viewers hooked. Most source files arrive in 4K; I’ll need you to deliver final exports in vertical 9:16 (or square when specified), properly color-graded, audio-balanced, and ready to upload.
