Social Media Video Editor: Faceless / AI Video Expert (Eleven Labs required)

Summary
I am looking for a creative Video Editor and SFX/Motion Graphics artist to create short-form social media videos focused on trading and finance niche.
You should have experience editing videos that rely on visuals, text, voiceovers, and sound design.
The goal is to produce 30s –2 minute, high-CPM videos that are well-researched, visually engaging, and designed to convert viewers to take action.
This role requires experience with realistic, AI-enhanced video creation — the style should be faceless, yet immersive and high-quality, with a premium feel.

We want someone who has experience making videos using voiceover, stock footage, transitions, effects, captions, and sound design.
In particular, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Arcads, Synthesia, DubbDub, Ideogram, or similar AI tools to generate videos in a quick turnaround time
If we like your work, we’ll offer a paid test:
make a 30–45 sec short-form video by taking a complex concepts and make them visual, digestible, and high-retention. Using stricltly AI content & stock footage. (a script and voiceover will be provided)
This is a long-term full-time role with potential for performance bonuses. If you’re a good fit we’ll start a monthly contract approx 15 short video p/m.
**BRANDING**
- Forex/finance niche
- Content will target Tier 1 countries (U.S., U.K., Canada)
- Glitchy/sci-fi transitions and overlays
- Minimalist animations
- Motion graphic animations
- Dark theme: green gradient, midnight black, silver accents
**REQUIREMENTS:**
- Being fluent in English is absolutely essential
- Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.)
- Must be able to source relevant content (news articles, competitor videos, b-roll, etc.)
- Create short 1 minute scripts based on concepts
- Comfortable using professional-level AI-generated images, video, and audio (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Eleven Labs, Synthesia)
- Familiar with sourcing royalty-free screen recordings, music, and graphics
- Match the brands dark-themed aesthetic and pacing
- You must have past experience creating faceless video content
- Understand finance/trading content
- Assist with basic SEO: titles, tags, descriptions
